Minimum catering orders start at $50. This ensures we can provide the full catering experience including proper packaging, utensils, and condiments. Individual menu items have their own minimums—sandwich platters typically start at 10-12 servings, while sides and desserts have similar requirements.
Orders under $200 need just 2 hours advance notice. Larger orders or those over $200 require 24 hours to ensure proper preparation and staffing. During holidays or peak catering seasons, we recommend ordering 48-72 hours ahead. Same-day orders depend on availability and may have limited menu options.
Plan 1.5 sandwiches per person for standard lunch meetings, 2 sandwiches for dinner events or hungry crowds. Add one side per 4-5 people and desserts for about 75% of your group. Our catering specialists can help calculate exact amounts based on your event type, duration, and guest demographics.
Modifications to existing orders require 4 hours notice for changes under 25% of the original order. Larger changes need 24 hours. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before scheduled time. Within 2 hours incurs a 50% charge. Orders over $500 need 24-hour cancellation notice.
Each order comes with plates, napkins, utensils, and serving tools. Sandwich platters include sauces and condiments. Hot items include heating instructions. Beverage orders come with cups, straws, and ice. Setup service is available for $25.
Accepted forms include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Corporate clients may set up billing terms. Payment is processed online or at time of pickup/delivery for phone orders. Gratuity is not included.
Missing items are redelivered at no cost. Quality issues qualify for a refund and replacement. Late deliveries receive 25% off the next order.
Complimentary tastings are available for orders over $1,000. Appointments must be scheduled at least one week in advance. Sample trays for smaller events are available at 50% off regular pricing.
Storage guidelines are provided with each order. Sandwiches stay fresh in refrigeration for up to 24 hours. Hot food should be consumed within 2 hours or chilled promptly. Leftovers cannot be returned due to health regulations. Safe donation is recommended when possible.
